AutoZone Names New Board Members

Memphis, Tenn. AutoZone announced the election of Robert Grusky and William Crowley to the AutoZone board of directors.

In 2000, Grusky founded Hope Capital Management, an investment firm for which he serves as managing member.

Since March 2005, Crowley has served as a director of Sears Holdings Corp.

Additionally, Crowley served as executive VP of Sears Holdings Corp. since March 2005 and as chief administrative office of Sears Holdings Corp. since September 2005.
