AutoZone licenses APT software to help evaluate strategic initiatives


Washington, D.C. -- Applied Predictive Technologies announced that AutoZone has signed an agreement to license APT's Test & Learn Management System to assist in evaluating strategic initiatives across all major functional areas.

AutoZone chose to license the system after piloting the software to test the value of various initiatives in marketing, merchandising, pricing, store operations, loss prevention, store development, and programs targeting commercial business customers.

“APT is a great tool to help us manage our testing and allow us to make better decisions,” said Brett Shanaman, AutoZone’s VP marketing. “Given AutoZone's commitment to ongoing testing and learning to drive results, APT’s software is instrumental in managing and measuring our broad-ranging testing activity across 4,500 plus U.S., stores.”
