AutoZone Announces Organizational Changes

Memphis, Tenn. AutoZone announced that Jon Bascom, VP, information technology, has been promoted to senior VP, information technology and CIO.

Additionally, Mark Finestone, VP, merchandising, has been promoted to senior VP, merchandising.

Both Bascom and Finestone will serve on the company's executive committee.

The company also announced Ken Brame, VP, information technology and CIO will retire from the company effective Jan. 11, 2008.
