A&P names senior VP operations

Montvale, N.J. A&P has named Mark Kramer as its new senior VP operations. Kramer, a veteran of Pathmark prior to its acquisition by A&P, is assuming a role held previously by Paul Wiseman, who left the company.

Prior to taking the position at A&P, Kramer was the regional VP operations for Rite Aid. He previously spent more than 20 years at Pathmark in various management positions.

Wiseman joined A&P in 2005 after serving as senior VP at A&P Canada where he oversaw the Food Basics chain.
