Ann Inc. receives workplace engagement award

New York – Ann Inc., the parent company of Ann Taylor and Loft, has been named a recipient of the 2014 Gallup Great Workplace Award. This award recognizes organizations around the world for having the most highly engaged work environments.



The Gallup Great Workplace Award is based on workplace research and is presented to companies who have achieved excellence for their ability to create an engaged workplace culture. To be considered for this award, Ann Inc. greatly exceeded the requirements established by Gallup and was recognized for their success in key areas including: leadership strategy and philosophy; accountability and performance; and communication and learning platforms.
