Zales subject of class-action lawsuit

Los Angeles Law firm Glancy Binkow & Goldberg said late Monday that it has a filed a class-action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas on behalf of purchasers of Zale Corp. securities between November 16, 2006 and October 29, 2009.

The firm said the complaint charges Zales and its officers with securities violations, including providing false or misleading information and financial improprieties.
