Young named operations vp for Kroger's Central division

CINCINNATI Kroger has promoted Steve Young to vp of operations for its Central division.

Young most recently served as vp of process change. Prior to that he served vp of operations for Kroger's Southwest and Mid-Atlantic divisions.
