World Kitchen cfo joins Bon-Ton board

YORK, Pa. The Bon-Ton Stores today announced it has elected Lucinda Baier, cfo of World Kitchen, to fill the newly created seat on its board of directors, effective immediately. Baier was elected to serve on the audit committee.

Baier is responsible for leading all finance activities for World Kitchen, which manufactures and markets bakeware, dinnerware, kitchen and household tools, rangetop cookware and cutlery products under well-known brands such as Corelle, Pyrex, Revere, CorningWare and Chicago Cutlery. Prior to joining World Kitchen in 2006, Baier was president and coo at Whitehall Jewelers from 2004 to 2005, and from 2000 to 2004, she held senior management positions at Sears, Roebuck & Co.
