Winn-Dixie names ex-Borders ceo lead director

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. Former Borders ceo, Gregory Josefowicz has been elected lead director of Winn-Dixie Stores by the independent members of the company's board of directors.

Josefowicz is the former president, ceo and chairman of the board of directors of Borders Group. In addition to serving on the Winn-Dixie Board, he is a director of Ryerson, Telephone and Data Systems, and PetSmart, where he serves as the lead director.
