Wincor Nixdorf acquires Siemens subsidiary in Phillippines

Singapore Wincor Nixdorf, a leading provider of hardware, software and services technology to banks and retailers, has acquired Siemens' Information Technology Products & Services Division. The Manila-based company will now be named as Wincor Nixdorf Philippines and will operate as a full-fledged legal entity under the umbrella of the Wincor Nixdorf Group. The acquisition was effective June 1.

"The Philippines is the latest positive development with regards to the internationalization of our business.”
