Williams-Sonoma launches new type of gift registry
Williams-Sonoma Inc. is bringing all its brands together for a new registry program.
The company announced the launch of what it called a “first-of-its-kind cross-brand registry program.” Called The One Registry Collective, the program will allow gift registrants to build a registry that includes items from Williams Sonoma, West Elm, Pottery Barn and Pottery Barn Kids all in one place.
Under the new program, all items selected by the recipient from the various Williams-Sonoma brands will be shown together. The items will be grouped by brand and sorted by categories within each brand.
“Our family of brands allows us to service our customers throughout the various stages of their life,” said Laura Alber, CEO of Williams-Sonoma. “Whether you are registering for a wedding, a baby, a housewarming or any holiday, building a gift registry with The One Registry Collective will allow customers to create the home of their dreams,” Inc.
Customers that are already registered with Williams Sonoma, West Elm, Pottery Barn or Pottery Barn Kids will be able to benefit from the new offerings provided by The One Registry Collective by adding products from the other participating brands to existing registries. Additions to any registry can be made in-store, online, or through the mobile applications offered by the brands.
