Whirlpool re-elects three board members

BENTON HARBOR, Mich. Whirlpool stockholders re-elected three individuals to the board of directors at the company's annual stockholders' meeting.

Gary DiCamillo, Kathleen Hempel and Michael Todman were returned to the board for three-year terms, expiring in 2012.

DiCamillo is president and CEO of RADIA International; Hempel is former vice chairman and CFO of Fort Howard; and Todman is president, Whirlpool North America.
