Wet Seal CFO Resigns

Foothill Ranch, Calif., Douglas C. Felderman, chief financial officer of Wet Seal Inc. resigned from the company for personal reasons. He will step down at the end of August, and Wet Seal has hired a search firm to find his successor.

Felderman worked for Wet Seal since last April. Previously, he worked at Factory 2-U Stores Inc., where he was also chief financial officer.
