Wet Seal cfo leaves for Old Navy

FOOTHILL RANCH, Calif. The Wet Seal evp and cfo John Luttrell is leaving the company to accept the role of evp and cfo at Gap Inc.'s Old Navy division, Wet Seal announced Tuesday. Steve Benrubi, currently Wet Seal's vp and controller, will replace Luttrell as evp and cfo of the company.

Benrubi has served as the company's vp and controller since June 2005. Immediately prior to that, he served as vp and controller of CKE Restaurants.

The appointment and resignation will both be effective Sept. 21.
