Wegmans No. 3 on best companies list

ROCHESTER, N.Y. Wegmans Food Markets has been named to FORTUNE' s "100 Best Companies to Work For," capturing the third spot on the list.

No stranger to the list, Wegmans has among the 100 Best Companies since it was first published by FORTUNE in 1998. For six consecutive years, Wegmans has been in the top ten of the list, ranking No. 1 in 2005.

Wegmans was noted for its job growth, an increase of 5.6% over the previous year, flexible schedules and benefits, as well as a positive employee environment.
