Warehouse giant streamlines online experience

Shopping online shouldn’t be an overwhelming task.



To help its members better navigate its digital club experience, BJ’s Wholesale Club enhanced its online and mobile shopping sites with streamlined membership processes, enhanced search and navigation features, and an improved online assortment.



"By investing in our omnichannel offerings, we're making it easier than ever for members to join our club, research products and shop at BJ's," said Bari Harlam, executive VP, BJ's Wholesale Club. "Members can always find our great values, whether they shop in-club, on BJs.com, or on their mobile device.”



Specifically, BJ’s new online membership page features a more convenient enrollment process, and advanced search and navigation tools help members streamline their product research. Finally, a more focused online assortment provides members with additional values on

club-exclusive merchandise.



The additions follow other omnichannel enhancements made earlier this year. The club’s new Pick Up & Pay service for example, lets members shop online with the convenience of in-Club pick up. Meanwhile, the launch of its Tech Advisors service provides members with free technical support for a wide range of tech and electronics products, both before and after purchase.
