Walgreens launches diabetes newsletter

DEERFIELD, Ill. Walgreens has launched a newsletter for people with diabetes called "Walgreens Quarterly Diabetes Newsletter." The newsletter, distributed via email to subscribers, offers practical solutions and information to assist patients, their families or caregivers in confidently managing this life-altering condition, the company reported.

The newsletter features tips such as recipes as well as quick links to other valuable online resources including Walgreens.com Health Library and Diabetes Center, video clips from Walgreens Health Corner® TV show, as well as answers to commonly asked questions from experts at Joslin Diabetes Center, the global leader in diabetes research and education.
