VenueLabs launches free social listening tool

Seattle –- VenueLabs is launching a free social listening tool geared for small businesses called AboutLocal. AboutLocal lets small retailers listen to and engage with customers in real time across hundreds of disparate channels.



The free version of VenueLabs lets retailers create real-time “streams” from Instagram. For an additional $20 per month per location, retailers can add streams from hundreds of other social platforms such as Facebook, Google Plus and Foursquare. VenueLabs sends an email alert when retailers need to pay attention to a particular post.
