U.S. Polo Assn., Brooklyn
Casual apparel brand U.S. Polo Assn. has opened its first location in Brooklyn, in the vicinity of the Barclays Arena.
Designed by Montroy Andersen DeMarco (MADGI), New York, the 2,800-sq.-ft. space has a clean, modern feel and includes the brand’s signature ‘flag wall’ fashioned out of folded T-shirts, a jeans island and a T-shirt island, and a 12-ft.-long cash wrap counter
The lighting system includes a large pendant light with the brand’s logo pattern and recessed metal halide lighting fixtures. The finishes include natural color hardwood flooring, white gypsum board walls and ceilings, and dark stained millwork wall shelving and cabinetry. The white-painted cash-wrap area is constructed of wood and features a red countertop.
U.S. Polo Assn. brand products are officially sanctioned by the United States Polo Association, the governing body for the sport of polo in the United States. The brand is managed by USPA Properties., a wholly owned subsidiary of the U.S. Polo Association.
