U.S. department store retailer continues Canadian expansion

Nordstrom is continuing to grow its footprint in Canada.



The retailer on Friday opened its store at CF Toronto Eaton Centre, the company's second international flagship location since opening at Pacific Centre in Vancouver, British Columbia, last fall.



The new 220,000-sq.-ft., three-level store is the fourth of six announced Nordstrom stores to open in Canada through 2017. Future openings include Yorkdale Centre, Toronto, on October 21, 2016, and CF Sherway Gardens, Toronto, in spring 2017.



The new Toronto store will offer several services to enhance the shopping experience, including a two-hour delivery service, shoe shine, “language ambassadors, a luxurious private shopping suite, a Personalize It' monogramming and engraving station, and more.
