Urban Outfitters e-commerce fulfillment center moving to Pennsylvania

Philadelphia - Urban Outfitters Inc. plans to relocate its Trenton, South Carolina e-commerce fulfillment center to Gap, Pennsylvania. Construction of the new one million-sq.-ft. fulfillment center in Gap is on schedule to be complete by July 2015.



The new, highly automated facility will significantly increase the company's fulfillment capacity, supporting expected direct-to-consumer growth for many years to come. The location of the facility, adjacent to the existing Urban Outfitters retail distribution center, will create increased efficiencies across the company’s supply chain and improve order delivery time, enabling next day delivery into the Northeast region.



Urban Outfitters is offering employees in the Trenton facility the opportunity to stay with the company and move to the new Gap facility.
