University of Tampa partners with Blockbuster Express

Tampa, Fla. The University of Tampa has partnered with Blockbuster Express for DVD rental on campus.

Students, faculty and staff can rent movies for a dollar a night, using a DVD kiosk in the Vaughn Center, a multi-purpose facility that also serves as a campus student union.

UT is the third Florida university to have Blockbuster Express on campus.

Each kiosk holds nearly 1,000 movies, including new releases. Blu-Ray discs cost $2 to rent.

Blockbuster Express is promoting the service with discount codes. The kiosk allows rental with credit cards without requiring membership.
