United Commercial Realty names SVP

DALLAS – United Commercial Realty has named Robert Luleff as SVP. Robert is well respected in retail real estate and has consistently been a top performer in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.


Luleff will join UCR’s retail services platform and will be instrumental in serving both the company’s institutional shopping center owner clients and 100+ national and regional retail clients. Currently, he is handling the office product project leasing at Southlake Town Square, as well as various leasing assignments in the DFW area.


Previously the owner, president and managing broker of City Commercial, Luleff pecializes in project leasing of properties ranging from mixed-use to grocery anchored centers, as well as pad site sales and build-to-suit transactions.


Prior to forming City Commercial, Luleff was employed at UCR where he worked on the ground-up leasing of notable projects including Southlake Town Square, The Shops at Legacy, Addison Circle and Mockingbird Station. In addition, he represented numerous tenants with their expansion in North Texas.
