Under Armour promotes Marino to coo

BALTIMORE Under Armour has announced that Wayne Marino, evp and cfo, has been named to the newly-created position of coo. In this new role, he will be responsible for leading Under Armour's operational, financial, administrative and strategic planning functions.

Marino has been evp and cfo since March 2006. He joined Under Armour as vp and cfo in January 2004. Prior to Under Armour, he served as cfo of Nautica Enterprises from 2000 to 2003.

Brad Dickerson is succeeding Marino as the company's cfo and will oversee the company's financial organization and lead the financial operations, reporting, budgeting and forecasting teams.
