Ulrich re-elected to 3M board

Former Target chairman and CEO Bob Ulrich was re-elected to the board of 3M last week. Ulrich joined 3M board in 2008 after he stepped down as CEO of Target on May 1, 2008. He retired as Target’s chairman in January 2009. Ulrich, who is only 66, spent 41 years at Target, including 21 as CEO.
