Tuesday Morning investor sells remaining shares
DALLAS Tuesday Morning announced that Madison Dearborn Capital Partners II, has sold their remaining shares of Tuesday Morning common stock on Feb. 16. They have exited their position in order to liquidate the fund that had invested in the company, a fund that was established in 1996.
MDCP purchased Tuesday Morning in 1997, taking it private. In 1999, the company became a public company again through an IPO. MDCP sold down their position during the past 11 years culminating in the sale of their remaining shares last week.
