Los Angeles - True Religion has expanded its partnership with Epicor to support omnichannel and digital innovation initiatives. The specialty apparel retailer has selected modules including the Epicor QuantiSense Retail Business Intelligence solution, and the Epicor ShopVisible cloud retail order management solution.
The new offerings will extend and enhance the Epicor Retail technology solutions already in use by True Religion to support a single integrated view of all products, orders, and customers, as well as a consistent customer experience. True Religion deployed the Epicor Retail Store (POS), Mobile Store, Merchandising, CRM, and Enterprise Selling solutions in 2013.
Epicor Retail ShopVisible Order Management delivers advanced stand-alone order management. Together with Epicor Retail Enterprise Selling, the solutions will enable True Religion to offer flexible fulfillment options to maximize convenience for shoppers, such as buy online/pick up in store.
