The data-driven process is designed to complement the information-driven efforts that are increasingly dominating retailer merchandising efforts to select those beverages from vendors’ portfolios that will work at individual stores.
‘Look of Success’ not only looks at assortment, but volume, too, to make sure shoppers can find what they want at all times without the lost opportunities out-of-stocks create.
