Trans World Entertainment to close Calif. DC

ALBANY, N.Y. Trans World Entertainment reported it will close its Carson, Calif. distribution center as part of its program to streamline its operations.

The company said the operations at the Carson  facility will be phased out over the next two months and affects 138 employees.  Trans World will service its stores from its distribution center located in Albany, New York.
