ToyTestingLab names head of global business development

NEW YORK ToyTestingLab, a third party independent toy testing laboratory, has appointed 25-year industry veteran Marty Mandell as VP global business development.

Mandell will be responsible for creating regulatory protocols and testing programs worldwide to guide manufacturers, importers, distributors and major retailers through compliance regulations that apply to their products.

Mandell's start in the industry was with Russ Berrie & Co. Prior to joining ToyTestingLab, Mandell served in executive and management roles for Applause, Small World Toys, Mighty Star/Special Effects & Charades.
