Town Shoes implements store ops. solution

Toronto Canadian footwear company Town Shoes, which operates under the Town Shoes and The Shoe Co. banners, has implemented an on-demand solution from Toronto-based Opterus for store information/communications and task management.

Opterus provides retailers with tools to improve retail operational efficiency through enhanced store communications and compliance monitoring of corporate objectives. 

The solution, Store Ops-Center, has improved overall accountability and compliance on all head office communications and tasks at Town Shoes, the company said.

It replaces Town Shoes’ use of email for store communications, which had created numerous challenges in store-level accountability, consistency and compliance with corporate objectives.
