Tesco delays U.S. debut

EL SEGUNDO, Calif. Tesco's entry to the food retailing market in the United States remains a few weeks off. The opening of the company's first Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market will debut right around Oct. 31/Nov. 1, said a Tesco spokesperson.
