Tedeschi Food Shops installing NCR DVD-rental kiosks

Duluth, Ga. Tedeschi Food Shops, a 188-location convenience store chain in New England, is installing NCR Corp.’s Blockbuster Express-branded DVD-rental kiosks in its shops.

The kiosks are currently available in 89 Tedeschi Food Shop locations, and by the end of October it is anticipated that 27 more locations will be deployed. Tedeschi chain will install kiosks in the rest of its stores by the end of 2009.

The rental kiosks hold more than 900 DVDs.
