Target renames India corporate office after CEO
MINNEAPOLIS Target further established that it is invested in its Indian operations by announcing that it has renamed its newest and largest corporate office in Bangalore to the Gregg W. Steinhafel Center. Formerly known as C2, the facility is renamed after Gregg Steinhafel, Target’s chairman, president and CEO.
Lalit Ahuja, Target India President, shared the announcement earlier at the Target India Annual Day meeting, which was attended by Steinhafel, other members of the Target Executive Committee and more than 600 Target India team members.
“The renaming of this facility underscores Target’s commitment to our operations in India and the efforts to further integrate our India and U.S.-based teams,” said Ahuja. “The 2,100 members of the Target India team continue to deliver exceptional results in direct support of Target’s companywide strategy and growth priorities.”
