Target Corp. continues to expand its presence in New York City.
The discounter will open a 42,367 sq. ft. store in Manhattan’s hip East Village neighborhood,

The space will feature 24,735 sq. ft. on the ground floor and another 17,632 sq. ft. on a lower level.
According to the report, Target has signed a 30-year lease at 500 East 14th Street on the corner of Avenue A, part of a two-building being developed by Extell Development, which will include 150 apartments and two retail spaces.
