Target offers help to flood victims

Minneapolis Target announced on Tuesday it would provide $50,000 in cash and product donations to support the Red River Valley flood relief efforts.

The area, which includes North Dakota and parts of Minnesota, have been hard hit by heavy flooding and snow storms. Two deaths and 50 injuries have been reported in flood-related incidents.
