Eight new tenants will open their doors at Silicon Valley’s Santana Row, a 1.7 million sq.-ft. multi-use property that includes a hotel and office and residential space.
Suitsupply, a European import, assumes the highest profile of the newcomers with a 4,425 sq.-ft. space. Jewelry retailer Kendra Scott and body and hair care specialist Aesop will inhabit spaces of just over 1,000 sq. ft.
Also debuting at the Federal Realty property are Marine Layer, Makers Market, Poke Bar, Smitten Ice Cream, and Tacolicious, a 2,191 sq.-ft. taqueria.
Santana Row, which opened in 2002, draws 12 million customers annually and houses more than 1,500 residents and 2,500 workers, according to Federal Realty.
