Stop & Shop offers easy-scan shopping

BOSTON Stop & Shop customers now have an easier way to shop thanks to Modiv Media's and Motorola's Modiv Shopper, a portable shopping assistant that allows them to scan items for checkout as they shop.

Known as easySHOP by Stop & Shop customers, the Modiv Shopper gives shoppers instant price checks and running totals. Customers also receive tailored promotions based on their individual shopping history, redemption history, in-store location tracking and just-scanned items in aisles. The Modiv Shopper is available in about 100 Stop & Shop stores in New England.
