Stater Bros. completes dairy sale

San Bernardino, Calif. Stater Bros. Holdings said Wednesday its subsidiary Stater Bros. Markets has completed the sale of Santee Dairies to Dean Foods.

Dean Foods is the country’s largest processor and distributor of milk and other dairy products.

According to Stater Bros., it will continue to purchase Santee’s dairy products.
