Starbucks revises store closing plans
New York City Starbucks Corp. said Wednesday it no longer plans to close 30 of the hundreds of U.S. sites scheduled to shut down as a part of a massive effort to shut underperforming stores and cut company costs.
Starbucks announced at an investor conference Wednesday morning that 30 company-owned locations have become more profitable and were re-evaluated.
Starbucks did not say where the 30 stores are located.
