Staples stimulates the job search
FRAMINGHAM, Mass. Staples announced that it has launched a new Career Stimulus Program to help customers with their job search. In addition, through June 13, the company is offering customers 20 free copies of their resumes and 40 free instant business cards at all Staples Copy and Print locations.
"This is the toughest job market in recent memory, said John Burke, Staples' SVP business services. "Now more than ever, job hunters need tools and information to help them stand out to prospective employers. With the new Staples Career Stimulus Program, we are committed to making it easy for customers by offering free resume copies and business cards, and tips on how to present a professional appearance."
In order to help customers get the most out of their job search, Staples partnered with Tory Johnson of Women For Hire and Southworth paper to compile the top tips for job hunters at www.staples.com/freeresumes .The site offers help on finding industries that are hiring, refreshing one's resume and preparing for an interview.
