Society Bakery deploys Cartwheel Register app

Dallas - Society Bakery is using the mobile Cartwheel Register checkout app from Tantrum Street to conduct transactions via smartphones and tablets. The app includes a back-end system offering reports such as costs, sales information, and item management, available both immediately via phone and emailed daily.



Society Bakery has improved ordering, checkout and reporting functions since rolling out Checkout Register.



“Our iPads, running Cartwheel Register, look a lot sleeker on the counter than traditional cash registers. And they’re a lot less clunky,” said Roshi Muns, owner of Society Bakery. “The system is also very mobile. We can take our iPads to different parts of the store and bring customers directly into the cake design experience, while taking orders and accepting payments.”
