Smoothie King ‘Smooths’ Operations with Tablet-Based POS

In a move to streamline operations at its 700-plus locations, Smoothie King Franchises Inc. is rolling out Revel Systems’ iPad POS solution across its entire store network. The company said it selected the Revel platform for its scalability, speed and user-friendly technology.

The implementation will give Smoothie King a cohesive overview of all stores and comprehensive POS security. Smoothie King franchisees can be up and running in just a few weeks. Revel developed several custom features for Smoothie King, including brand-level customization, centralized management tools for implementing changes easily at all locations, in-depth enterprise-level reporting and a flexible platform.
