Smith's, Food 4 Less Associates Ratify New Labor Agreement

Las Vegas The Kroger Co. said that associates who are members of United Food & Commercial Workers Union Local 711 in Las Vegas have ratified a new labor agreement with the company's Smith's and Food 4 Less divisions.

The agreement covers more than 2,800 Smith's associates and 900 Food 4 Less associates who work in 47 stores in and around Las Vegas.
