Shopular adds product, curation functionality


Redwood City, Calif. – The Shopular mobile shopping app is rolling out two platform upgrades -- Shopular Products and Shopular Curated Content. Shopular, available for free download from iTunes and Google Play, geo-targets consumers with time- and location-sensitive deal alerts and savings from their preferred merchants from more than 40,000 retail locations across the U.S.

The introduction of Shopular Products (which enables consumers to easily access deals on actual products as well as deals for favored specific store locations) includes merchandising deals with applicable products for all of its users' favorite stores. Users will be able to map out their store shopping to do's and browse specific sale products to buy, all within the Shopular app.

Shopular Curated Content will deliver original content in the form of tips, stories, trend news and feature editorials. The brand has teamed with bloggers and influencers in the fashion, shopping and “mommy” spaces to add a unique perspective to the Shopular app, Shopular will also curate circulars from some of the largest retailers.

Shopular Products and Curated Content are currently available to Apple users, with Android availability to follow shortly.
