Canada Goose, the 60-year-old brand best known for its signature goose-down jacket with Arctic Circle logo and fur-trimmed hood, has touched down in Manhattan. The 4,100-sq.-ft. flagship is designed to reflect the company’s Canadian roots and Arctic heritage, and includes gallery-styled displays of vintage pieces from the brand’s archives. This is Canada Goose’s first U.S. store — and second location to date, with the first in Toronto. … SJP by Sarah Jessica Parker, the first freestanding store dedicated to the actress-cum-designer’s SJP line of footwear, handbags and accessories, debuted at MGM National Harbor, a new resort and upscale retail center just outside Washington, D.C. … Danish toy maker Lego’s new 3,000-sq.-ft. outpost in London’s West End has a number of Lego firsts. Its most popular feature is “Mosaic Maker,” which allows visitors to make their own portraits out of Lego blocks. Customers enter a photo booth where a machine scans their faces. In less than 10 minutes, they receive the bricks (and instructions) to put together their very own Lego portrait. … Inspired by its West Hollywood Design District locale, Lululemon’s new 2,750-sq.-ft. store on Melrose Avenue offers a sleek, modern shopping environment. The posh but minimalist design is enhanced by elegant accents, and includes a suspended ceiling and living plant installation. For shoppers who want to linger and mingle, there is lounge seating and a concrete community picnic table.

Fitch is working with PetSmart to develop a new store environment, with the test store to open in Highland Ranch, Colo., in fall 2017. … JGA named Joanne Healy as executive VP, chief strategy officer. Most recently she served as professor and Dean of Graduate Studies for the College for Creative Studies in Detroit. Previously, she was VP, interactive strategies, for T. Rowe Price in Baltimore.
