Sharper Image Lawsuits Dismissed

New York City, Class-action shareholder lawsuits against Sharper Image Corp. filed in mid-April have been dismissed, the company said today. The class-actions lawsuits were commenced on and after April 18, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of purchasers of the company’s common stock during the period of Feb. 5, 2004 and Aug. 4, 2004. Although a number of lawsuits were announced, only two lawsuits were filed. The first of these lawsuits was voluntarily dismissed on June 20, 2005 and the second was voluntarily dismissed on July 11, 2005.
