Shareholders Approve Adidas Acquisition of Reebok

Canton, Ohio, Reebok International shareholders have approved the company’s $3.8 billion acquisition by Adidas-Salomon AG. The transaction is expected to close the first week of February.

EU regulatory approval was granted last Tuesday.
