Sears Roebuck Names Senior VP and CMO

Hoffman Estates, Ill., Sears Roebuck and Co. has announced the promotion of Joan Chow, formerly the company’s VP of marketing services, to the position of senior VP and chief marketing officer for Sears Retail.

Chow will be responsible for the strategic integration of Sears Roebuck’s marketing and customer relationship management efforts.
