Search is on for new Conn's CEO

BEAUMONT, Texas -- Conn’s announced that it has appointed Theodore Wright to the position of interim CEO and president, following the news that Timothy Frank will step down as president and CEO of the company and resign as a director to pursue other opportunities.Conn’s said it will immediately commence a formal search to identify a permanent CEO.

Frank has served as president and CEO since June 2009, and has been a member of the board of directors since November 2008. Frank served as the company’s president beginning in April 2006, and has previously served as the company’s COO, SVP retail, and various other roles throughout the retail and credit operations since joining the company in 1995.
